2. How should I prepare for my appointment?
For facials, arrive with a clean face if possible. For waxing, ensure the area is clean and avoid applying lotions or oils. Avoid makeup around the eyes if you’re receiving lash or brow services.
3. Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer consultations to assess your skin and discuss which treatments best meet your needs. It’s a great time to ask questions and get personalized recommendations.1. How often should I get a facial?
Generally, a facial every 4–6 weeks is ideal for maintaining skin health. However, frequency may vary based on your skin type, concerns, and goals.
2. What is the difference between a chemical peel and a regular facial?
A chemical peel provides deeper exfoliation to address issues like acne, fine lines, and pigmentation, while a regular facial focuses on cleansing, hydration, and relaxation. Peels are typically more intensive, and results may last longer.
3. Can I wear makeup after a facial?
It’s best to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours post-facial to allow your skin to fully absorb the benefits of the treatment.1. How should I prepare for a waxing appointment?
Make sure the area is clean and dry. Avoid lotions, oils, or any exfoliating products on the day of your waxing appointment. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long for the best results.
2. How long do waxing results last?
Waxing results typically last 3–4 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and the area treated. Regular waxing can help reduce hair growth over time.
3. Is waxing painful?
Some discomfort is normal, but it usually subsides quickly. We use techniques and products that minimize discomfort, and the sensation typically decreases with regular waxing.1. How long do lash lifts and tints last?
Lash lifts typically last 6–8 weeks, and tints can last about 3–4 weeks. Proper aftercare can help extend the life of your results.
2. What is brow lamination, and how is it different from brow tinting?
Brow lamination is a treatment that restructures brow hairs to keep them in a desired shape, while brow tinting enhances color and fullness. Lamination lasts 4–6 weeks, and tinting lasts about 3–4 weeks.
3. Can I wear mascara or brow makeup after a lash or brow treatment?
For best results, avoid mascara and brow makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment to let the products fully set and prevent irritation.1. What should I avoid after my treatment?
After facials, waxing, and lash/brow treatments, avoid sun exposure, sweating, and any harsh skincare products for at least 24–48 hours. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided for each service.
2. What should I do if I experience irritation or sensitivity post-treatment?
Slight redness or sensitivity is normal after treatments like waxing or peels. Use soothing products like aloe vera or a gentle moisturizer, and avoid touching the area. If irritation persists, please reach out to us.1. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
2. Can I book multiple services in one appointment?
Absolutely! Many clients choose to combine treatments like facials and waxing or lash and brow services for added convenience. Let us know in advance so we can schedule adequate time.
